Deal of the Month: Bestway Acquires The Co-operative Group’s Pharmacy Business
Zameer Choudrey, CEO of Bestway Group, tells us more about the Group and their acquisition of the UK’s 3rd largest pharmacy business.
In July, Bestway saw off competition from the likes of Lloyds Pharmacy, Alliance Boots and Carlyle, the US buyout firm, to buy The Co-operative Pharmacy from The Co-operative Group for a purchase price of £620m.
