Made from a blend of 3 local varieties Xarel-lo, Macabeo, and parellada and produced according to "Metodo Tradicional". Royal Cave is a well balanced with a fresh citrus character and a soft rounded finish. Best enjoyed as an aperitif or with white meats or with lighter seafood dishes.
ROYAL CAVA Rosé
Made from a blend of Monastrell and Pinot Noir and produced according to "Metodo Tradicional", Royal Cava Rosé is well balanced with flavours of ripe red summer fruits and a soft round finish. Best enjoyed as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to white meats, seafood or spicy dishes.
