From the Loire Valley south of Orléans this is a crisp, dry, aromatic wine with hints of capsicum and blackcurrants on the nose and palate. Serve chilled as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to seafood, fish and white meats.

From the Sancerre wine-growing area south of Orléans, this bright, lemon-yellow wine has a silvery sparkle and a distinctive aroma. The taste is rich and smooth and lingers in the mouth. Best served chilled, it is an ideal accompaniment to fish, seafood and cheese dishes.
FRANCE Beaujolais
This wine is made from exclusively Gamay grapes. Temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks results in a light, lively and fresh fruity wine. With its “pear drop” character and fruitiness it is ideal as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to salads, white meats and light cheese.

FRANCE Claret

This wine originates from Burgundy in Northern France. Rich straw gold in appearance with a fresh delicate nose and a lively fruity palate that develops citrus fruit character combined with floral notes. This wine originates from Burgundy in Northern France. This Pinot Noir has a deep ruby appearance with rich aromas on the nose. FRANCE Minervois
This wine originates from the Languedoc region in Southern France. When young, the wine is well-structured and elegant, with aromas of blackcurrant, violet, cinnamon and vanilla. Once aged, it displays characteristics of leather, candied fruit and prunes. Best served between 15°C and 17°C.
FRANCE Chablis
This wine originates from the Chablis area of France, north of the burgundy region where the Chardonnay grape, planted on limestone soil, produces a crisp steely and refreshing wine. Served lightly chilled, this wine is an ideal accompaniment to seafood, fish and chicken in cream sauces.

FRANCE Châteauneuf du Pape
This is a full bodied, spicy wine, with powerful aromas. Originating from the Rhone Valley, a region with a dry and sunny climate that is swept by the “Mistral”, the famous wind that blows down the valley. Low yielding vines give this wine remarkable harmony and balance; qualities that are enhanced by a period of ageing in oak barrels, prior to bottling. We suggest that you serve at room temperature; this wine is an excellent accompaniment to red meats, game and cheese.
