California Chardonnay
A full ripe style with quince and melon fruit flavours and just a touch of oak. Serve chilled as a great aperitif and also good with roasted vegetables, seafood and salads.
South Africa Chenin Blanc
This wine shows lively citrus and apple flavours with hints of oak and a pleasing creamy finish. Serve chilled as a great aperitif and also good with white fish and salads.
South Africa Pinotage
An intense red wine, warm, rich and spicy with good depth and length. Excellent with a wide range of dishes including red meats, pizza and pasta.
Australia Shiraz
This is a classic example of an Australian Shiraz, full bodied and robust bursting with spiced berry fruit flavours and a lingering finish. Excellent with roast meats or barbecues.
Australia Chardonnay
Ripe tropical fruit style with exotic fruit flavours and hints of refreshing apple to balance it off. Lovely and refreshing. Serve chilled as a great aperitif and also good with all poultry dishes and salads.
CHILE Merlot
From the foothills of the Andes Mountains. This region is particularly well suited to the Merlot grape variety. It has aromas of red berries and intense fruit flavours on the palate. Ideal with red meats and lightly spiced dishes.
CHILE Sauvignon Blanc
From the Maule Valley at the foothills of the Andes. Pale Lemon in colour with creamy gooseberry aromas and zappy blackcurrant flavours, good intensity and depth. Ideal with fish and white meats.
